To Have or not to Have Children?

Every young family wants to have children, but not all of them can afford it because of many reasons. Life has become more and more difficult and expensive. Some women don't want to have children as they feel that there is lack of money in their families. As for men, some of them don't marry because they don't have accomodation and well-paid job. So what to do? It is a complicated situation, isn't it?
As young families don't have proper living conditions, they plan one child only. What is it like to be an only child in a family? As far as I can judge, the problem is that such children are selfish and spoilt. They are not ordinary and contented kids. They are demanding and as a rule have no idea what it is like to share things with brothers or sisters.
